There is nothing wrong with the link. It's an existing folder, has been working before migration. I suspect the new server needs some additional permissions set to be able to list the contents of file folders.

I checked the permissions on my folders and they are properly set to 755 yet I get 403 forbidden when accessing the folders so no one can download from my site. http://seravy.x10.mx/CasterofMagic/ http://seravy.x10.mx/Mugen/Mugen10/ How do I fix that?

Requesting unlimited space because it seems that is actually an option, while keeping the 1GB isn't. I'm not planning to go over 1gb any time soon but might as well if it fixes the problem and I have been using 600+MB in the past few years. I'm having the same problem the guy who got this...

It's neither. They're self-made character plugins for a game engine. I'll just make all the links point to a folder and put the files there split to 9MB each.
