I am the creator and Commander in Chief of Shingami Fleet. We are a new Star Trek Simming Fleet set in the year 2380. Shingami Fleet is based in the Gamma Quadrant as the Base of Operations for Starfleet's new Gamma Quadrant Branch. Our Mandate is to maintain peaceful relations with the Dominion and act as the starting point for a new Federation Colonisation programme as we search for suitable planets for new colonies to begin.
