My account id FDA49403550 contact email singh.monasthere@gmail.com was suspended to to inactivity and got notifications on apr 11 but they went in spam and were not seen ..my bad.. i want it to be unsuspended, please help !

Hello, My website is not showing up and a default blue page saying "website specified does not exist" is showing. I have flushed the DNS, cleared history, and other random stuff but no success. I have a index.html and a swf flash movie in my public_html folder. Please help!!
