Hello, Have you checked the DNS in Cloudflare ? You must have "Type: A, Name: your domain, Content: 198.91.81.YourX10NewServerNumber, TTL: auto". And your SSL/TLS encryption mode must be "Flexible".

When you modify your website through FTP, you must change the connection information with the address of the new server to which your data has been migrated. If you don't, you update the backup, not the website.

It depends if you have your own domain or if you are using a x10 one. With your own domain, you can use cloudflare as you don't have to change the DNS in X10, but with your registrar.

If you need https, for SEO for example, you can use CloudFlare.

Log in here https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login, and look at "quick ftp", you should know.

You should be able to retrieve data from your website's via FTP, by connecting to the old server.

You should check if your DNS point the new server and not the old one, especially if you use Cloudflare.

If you have your own domain, why don't you create your fowarders and your email address with your registrar? This is what I did for mine. With the minimal option of simply paying for a domain, my registrar allows me only one email address with 2 GB of disk space, but an infinity of fowarders...

Instead of "mail.myname.co.uk" try to put server's adress, like x12.x10hosting.com, as Imap and SMTP. Do you know on wich server your website was migrated ?

In fact, X10's staff did'nt migrate our websites. They copied them from a server to another (that's what they call a backup). That's why you can log thru FTP to x03. FTP works for me on both. I am on the same servers as you. I though migration was over for xo3, but i'm not so sure, now.

Have you cheked MX DNS in DirectAdmin to ensure it was pointing proprerly your domain ?

You're welcome. The reason is that DirectAdmin seems to not manage subdomains as CPanel did.

I had issues like this with my subdomain. Try to rename your subdomain's folder. Then go to the Subdomains manager in DirectAdmin, delete and recreate your subdomain with the old name. Moove your file from the renamed folder to the new one. It may let you access your second website, at least...
