How do I go about rectifying this problem, without anything burdensome or absurd?

I have tried IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and even SeaMonkey. No luck with any of them. It's throwing a fit about the connection from my computer, even though my computer uses the same connection my smartphone (that does not get these errors) uses through tethering.
