I'm having trouble logging into CPanel. I'm using the same username and password as I've used before and it is saying that it failed to login. Also it says failed to login when I click the button in the hosting control panel. I haven't changed the password, could you help me please?

Hello! I'm having trouble with mail :( When I try to use Roundcube I just get the error "DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your server-administrator." Horde also doesn't work. :( Squirrel mail does, but it is incredibly ugly...
