For some reason we are now receiving the default web site page when we try and view our site, has our account been suspended for some reason?

Hi, just recently we have been using your STMP servers. In the past couple of days we haven't been able to send e-mails using your servers. We have changed back to our internet providers servers and they worked instantly. Is there a problem with your servers ? Thanks.
