So... since the outage page says everything...
I am trying to enable LetsEncrypt SSL and receive this error every time.
I am leaving minutes/hours/days in between attempts, so I am unsure as why this is happening.
Any help would be welcomed and appreciated.

The option is there and appears to be working. I am now receiving the "Error creating new order :: too many new orders recently" error. I'll wait it out and try when it might be less busy.
