when i try to login to my joomla website through the front end i get the page "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ..i can register a user and activate it but when i try to connect as a user its like i loose connection to the server.. Please can you help

I can no longer access the x10 irc chat.. i can not access my cpanel and my registered user login on my joomla website isnt working..i think these are all x10 hosting issues.,. for both the cpanel and the login i am receiving "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Please Help. Tara
