    Support ticket forum not working. Account suspended

    high CPU and ram usage. Also I am using Joomla on my website and I was trying to install a extension and the website hanged. So I tryed 2 more times and that's how it all happened.

    The support ticket forum is not working and my account is suspended and its telling me to open a support ticket and when I click on the "Open a Support ticket" button. It leads me to the forums and when press the Support ticket forum it keeps linking me back to the forum page. Any help or advice...
