Okay it works fine for me now!

I followed the instructions to upload the WordPress files, but when I go to run the installed I get: "404 Not Found The server can not find the requested page: www.cgrim.x10.mx/wp-admin/install.php (port 80) Please forward this error screen to www.cgrim.x10.mx's WebMaster." Please help!

Neverymind, but when I try to login to Cpanel I get this message:

I don't have access to my other account, so the account will just get suspended again

I posted an unsuspend request and got a few replies from staff, but now it is no longer there and I don't know why.
