My site is techiejoe.x10.mx. I can access the cPanel and see my files but it says my account is still suspended when I try to access the site despite my going through the unsuspension process. Please help!

Hi, I can access parts of my site but in the cPanel it says 0 files exist. What the heck? I find that to be really weird.
