login to x10hosting/portal and click 'acess cPanel'. However, if your account is on stoli server <stoli.x10hosting.com> you wont be able to access right now since the whole stoli server is down to solve technical issues - hopefully this time for good. Alternatively the stoli server has been hit...

Well, stoli definitely went down, even the cPanel is inaccesible right now - I think they are working over it... Still, not a word in the 'news & anouncements'...

Most probably - the SAN network is down again so all files are inaccesible although probably nothing bad happened to them. What is concerning is that it occured a week after a similar crash and what's more concerning is that e-mail doesn't work either. Not announcing such things and reply times...

The SAN network seems to be down again. SQL servers, ftp, domains and mailservers are inoperational on stoli. Wonder how long it would take to bring it back... Second time in 2 weeks period.

Same thing happened to me today. Server Soli. Opened a ticket an hour or so ago but no response from x10 team so far. The MySQL server seemed to be down too...
