I have moved my site to a paid hosting server. After a day I cannot get it to resolve to the new host... even though it is using new DNS.
Do I have to delete this account first to get it to show up on the new host?
My website (www.nhhra.org) stopped working yesterday. It only displays the home page and gives a 404 error when trying to get to any other page. This is a site made with Drupal and there has not been any updates to it prior to this problem starting. What's wrong?
I am also receiving the 404 errors for every page except the home page on the site at www.nhhra.org
Nothing on the site was changed so these errors must be caused by some change on the servers.
Please help correct this ASAP because the site is currently unusable.
I was finally able to solve the problem myself with a change to the htaccess file. Please don't change anything now.
You may now consider this issue closed as far as my site is concerned.
Hopefully no other problems will surface if further changes are made to these servers.
Its been two more days and I'm still waiting for help or even any kind of a response.
Is this thread too old? Do I need to start a new one to get noticed again?
Will someone from x10 hosting please give an update on what we should expect regarding the problem that prevents CMS sites from working on server x03 ?
It has been over two weeks and I need access to this site. If you can't fix this server, please just let us know.
You are correct. That sounds like the same problem I reported here https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/strange-url-error-in-drupal-site.194880/
My site is also built with Drupal 7 and I did not make any alterations to the site before the administrator pages became unusable. The problem...
I have not heard back from anyone since last Friday. Is there any progress on fixing this problem?
This site is unusable without access to the administrator pages.
Please help.
