It's said that caused by my free hosting account is suspended now.
In the mean time, I can not finish registration or contact for premium hosting.

I get registration for premium account done by my team member (NGUYEN XUAN SON) but an error occurred when he submitted validation PIN code.
He already sent error screen to support@x10hosting.com but no reply.
I don't want to give up, because I chosen your service for my site...

I tried to access the site by FTP account to upload chat usage removed script but I was not able to...
These days my site up and down caused it is suspended several times. Even though I am on the process to plan buy a premium plan of service. I have not finished the process caused by I could not receive validation call. I'm mailing to support@x10premium.com to ask about this. Until the problem...
Of course I provided my fone number when registered but my problem is that the validation call did not come.
So I mailed to support@x10premium.com to ask them to fix it. I did send 2 emails but have no reply.
I will try to register again tomorrow, hope the process will go well.
