Been trying to get my website/account unsuspended but I keep on getting this error, even after resubmitting the request: A system error occurred while processing this action. Error Code: 22B3E86F Any ideas what's going on?

I've been trying to log on to the forum i've setup using my x10 hosting account without much luck. Sometimes I get a connection refused error, sometimes I get a HTTP 500 Internal Server error. Not sure if this is a known issue but I couldn't find anything in the forum or support threads to point...
