You're not alone. I've also posted about it, but it may be hours to never before we hear from anyone. I also can no longer access cPanel (500 server error).

Also, attempts to upload files via FTP are resulting in errors stating that the operating system is read-only. Same read-only results when attempting to delete files from the server via FTP. I need this fixed ASAP. I have never experienced the problems I'm having here with any other web host...

I'm not sure if they'll be able to help you or not. Per the terms of service: " You are required to sign into your account on our website at least once per month."

This is the third time in 5 days that this server is not reachable by any means (website, FTP, cPanel, etc.). How can I trust that upgrading to a paid account will give me any better results?

I was just checking my resource usage overview for my page, and there are multiple virtual memory faults that make no sense. The virtual memory limit is 2GB, but it's throwing a fault every time my usage goes over 200MB. I think someone put a decimal in the wrong place, and now I'm getting...

It came back briefly, and is now back down again. My sites have been inaccessible for more than a total of 4 hours today. Even for a free service, this is unacceptable. I left my last paid service because my sites were down an average of 5 minutes per day.

Are the premium servers any more reliable than this? Instead of 24/7, my sites only seem to be available 22/6.25.
