    How to create a hover effect in Macromedia or Adobe Go Live?

    I am really amazed with this flash file of a German Rock Band, Tokio Hotel. Click here to view the file. I've been wanting to achieve the mouseover effect. It's really amazing. How do you do that? I've got Macromedia DreamWeaver MX, Macromedia Flash MX and Adobe Go Live 6.0.
