what do you mean with this, "You need to unsuspend yourself from the account panel first"

No my site is down, is suspend because of space. I use filezilla, i want to enter to clean it up.

I cant access cpanel and cant access ftp, i have changed the password so i be sure that i knew the password but it didn't work i have no access. I need the ftp access so i can clean files because of the space.
