    Too many connections (FTP Issue)

    Error from windows ftp client and also other third party clients: 421 Too many connections (4) from this IP I can login to ftp from other ip's but not this one. I can still log into cpanel though. It just started doing this sunday. I've been running this same ftp script for many months...

    My site is not loading properly, in fact is not loading at all.

    I'm getting the same error also. I even tried typing in the index file and it still redirects. All my files are present on the server.
