having the 403 errors all in admin cp i deleted it all and tryed to start again but now with cpanel when im trying to uses the easy-to-use software installer to install mybb i get Could not unzip the Language files

in admincp all i was doin was trying to close to board for updates in the options

what i posted isnt for the .htaccess it is what guys at vbulletin told me to ask my host

work out mybb has problems with this too can't change any settings in the admincp without getting 403 error
