Unable to switch to cPanel x3 through the portal. When I click to switch all I get is a 0 in the top left corner. My website is still there and able to get to it through ftp but not able to reach through the portal. Thank you in advance for your help...

Thank you for your quick response. Everything is working now!

Regular control panel worked fine until I decided to click the basic mode control panel and now it will not load. It would be perfect if I could get it back to the regular control panel. Any help on this I very much appreciate. Thank you for your time.
