The user seems correct... Try by using mysql-boru.x10hosting.com as the database host (in advanced settings, in the drupal configuration). If that works it means that there could be a problem with the internal redirection on boru.

I can't see the file, could you upload it to your free hosting, somewhere in the public_html folder?
