My account was locked for multiple accounts. I only have one. suspect this happened because another person in my office has an account as well and both of us have logged in from work previously and you may have captured the same IP address

Got a dialog indicating password must be reset to access the admin portal.
After clicking through the reset dialog, no email received to dvdtlsn@yahoo.com

I understand that cpanel is no longer available. I can log into my main account and see the screenshot below. Clicking Open cPanel gives and error as expected and then links me back to the same screen.
I am not sure if I am missing something or...
