If you log in here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using your login to the forums, you should be able to view your user name for the CPanel, as well as change the password there as well.

None that I am aware of at this time, but I am on the absoult server and have been waiting as well, and that is all that I can do. Its not like it is the end of the world.

All that you have to do is be patient. Like it was mentioned, the admin are trying to get all of the accounts switched over as fast as possible in which regards they were not as focused or did not have time to post an alert/announcement about it. If you read the other posts on the status page...

I am now able to access my sites, but not my CPanel, and I attempted to change the password as well, which I go confirmation of the change, but it still has not given me access. Any further assistance? Thanks!

OK, then that makes sense Carl6969 why it would not be working quite right then. I tried to see if they were still moving files/sites over to the new server, but could not find what they were working on.
