    Lost control in my CPanel

    Since approx. one month I have a free hosting at X10hosting. Since few days I can't enter into my CPanel, X10hositn doesn't recognize me. I tried to reset the password but nothing comes to my email. The 'blocked' account will be soon 'inactive'. The support is not achievable. What should I do?
