I keep getting emails saying I haven't use my account for 43 days but I have. Can you please fix it or make sure I don't get suspended.

I have a domain name and I have been trying to get it to work so the website works. And on the dns server of NameCheap.com I have it resdirecting to colemanportfolio.com.x10.mx but it won\'t work but if I go to the x10.mx url it will work. How can I fix this and I also have a second domain...
