Yep that's what it is. PrivateInternetAccess VPN servers seem to work fine with it. Shame that you can't access via some VPN's though, airVPN is widely used. Thanks, Britt :)

Yeah it doesn't seem to happen every time, which is odd. Maybe because I'm behind a VPN? AirVPN if it matters
