but sir when i go to my site it displays the suspended page again! whats wrong?

Last Night i received an email that my account is suspended due to not visiting the control panel for long time. But i visited the control panel immediately and gave a unsuspension request too. but it says that unsuspension was not applicable. i was much worried on this. Please help me asap.
