    Hi, My account was not restored in time and so is now permanently suspended. However, I would like to use the same domain and start again. Could you let me know if this is possible please? And if not, am I ok just to create a new hosting account completely? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, I cannot seem to unsuspend my account - I submit the request but I get the above server error on my suspensions page. Resubmitting, I get the same problem. My account was suspended on June 13 so I'm hoping this isn't too long to wait before unsuspending. Any help would be appreciated...
