    I simply removed files C_Panel_form file upload.* from the tmp folder using ftp. Cpanel started working. You may also try if there are any temporary files in the folder tmp having names as c_panel_form* If you get result let me know. sorry. it did once. This time it is not working.

    Unable access site from browsers

    once you have copied using ftp to up load files on the home/user folder try to move files from user folder to the public_html folder may be you have wrongly placed your files. If it helps please let me know.
