I have x10 premium :/ I'm not too sure on why it keeps disconnecting me :?

Hey guys I have a program that connects to my MySql database through the x10 premium hosting but it keeps getting disconnected. I get this error "Error: Connection lost: The server closed the connection." I'm not too sure on what to do... Any help is appreciated.
