yeah just did and its pending. I guess if I have the same problem on this 2nd go around, I will fill out a ticket. it just really sucks to have this down time, but thats my penalty for being sick for 2 weeks and not being at a pc

My site was back up and running fine yesterday, but when I went to it to show a co-worker, it was down bc it said I was suspended AGAIN.

I was suspended yesterday for inactivity, so I logged into the forum, then went to the control panel and requested to be unsuspended. Now I'm once again suspended. Whats the deal?

I can send an email from my *****@voidnet.net account to myself, but when I use my hotmail account to send a message to my *****@voidnet.net account, it says that it is getting rejected by the server. I am unable to receive any and all email. Are you guys having problems with the email...

Are we having issues with cPanel webmail?? Edit: my account apparently has been suspended. When I go to the account panel on x10hosting.com, my email address is the one synched through cpanel. Can somebody PLEASE unsuspend my user account so that I can check my email, etc.???

I have been trying to get into my web mail through CPanel, and unfortunately I have not been able to do so for at least a week. What is the cause of this and how soon will this be corrected? Am i doing something wrong? I dont understand??
