so how did you open a new folder and set permissions? On your local computer? I never had to do that before and my frontpage worked as it should. Thanks and regards

I can upload my files using front page but the the connection is timed out before frontpage is able to register the files as uploaded. Consequently, the next time I publish, frontpage is republishing the files I already have uploaded. Something is not working at your end.
