I am entering the password, yes. I am doing everything just as before to delete the directory. I tried to create the deleted directory but it not works yet, also i tried to create the FTP account again but... nothing.

Oh no! My FTP account don't work, i get the error "password required for ciencias" ("ciencias" is my user). I think this is because through the Control Panel | File Manager i deleted a directory called "home/ciencias" which was the same that my home directory (before that FTP worked fine) :-( .

I can't connect with PhpMyAdmin from Control Panel, get the message that username or password is wrong. I deleted all databases, with MySQL DataBase Wizard i can create a empty database and users, but can't access it later to recover it from backup. I also tried reinstall joomla for create it...

No, still it does not work. The directory corresponding to the new domain is created but next the error happens and it does not happen nothing else :-( Thanks for your reply. P.D.: Excuse me my bad english.

No. No exists subdomains, FTP accounts, addon domains, parked domains,... Nothing.

I already configured the domain some days ago, when all works badly, but i needed change the directory and i deleted the addon domain. Later i try add it again but i can't do it. Probably there was an error in the system. I submitted a ticket but i did not obtain any answer at the moment...

I can't use my domain canal-ciencias.co.cc with my hosting account because when I try to add it as Addon domain I obtain the error message "domain is already configured". I have this problem from ten days ago and I have not obtained any solution. Please help! Thanks in advance.
