The issue is resolved. I had signed up for a free hosting account but then got side-tracked and signed up again. Thanks for the help.

I have been logging in to my account over and over for several days but continued to receive inactivity notices via email and now a suspended notice and when I sign in there is no unsuspend button or explanation so how on earth am I to prevent this and now how am I to get my account unsuspended?

Thanks for your reply essellar. That is the page it takes me to when I go to https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/. The 2nd and final warning coming exactly 24 hours later concerns me but I suppose I'll just cross my fingers & hope they pick up on my 2nd attempt. Thanks again for your help.

I received an email 24 hours ago saying I had to login to my account portal to keep my hosting account active and I clicked the link provided and logged in but I just now 24 hours later received another email saying "final warning" to login to my account portal. What am I missing? How do I do...
