When i login it says " Your hosting account was suspended because: Hosting account suspended for inactivity. Automatic Unsuspension Set? No" May i get an unsuspended

my cpanel username is whinis 20

i previously had an account on the forums and one for x10. now i had to make a new forum account and when i try and link it back to my original x10 account it says either account name doesn't exsist or that my account is alrdy linked but i can;'t get back to my website or hosting
