All the files on my hosting plan have gone missing!, Websites wont load and i open file manager and it says that the directory is empty. There is No files PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Im unable to access my site from my transferred domain, my IP is 203.167.188.155. but i am able to access it from other ip address
