When I tryed to access my webmail it said unable to connect to database,so I checked out the MySQL database and it said The MySQL® server is currently offline. Is this due to maintenance?because I saw some other posts about MySQL databases being offline

My site is (well waS) wsahq.x10.mx I logged in to check on the site to find out that everything was empty NO email accounts,ftp accounts and empty folders Any help will be appreciated.
