i can login to phpMyAdmin but my page cannot communicate with it and it says "If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database." i change nothing, i didnt touch anything and everything is like it was since months ago, never have a problem till now can...

Cant export sql because extremely low download speed and whenever i try to upload anything via filezilla i get "Disk full please upload later"
