Hello Sir I can't extract .zip file in public_html folder. When i click extract, it's showing blank window, nothing happens, i tried legacy file manager 2 but it comes with errors too and i cannot do anything. I tried other .zip archives and they didnt worked too. I'm on starka server

My site (macrocosmcorp.x10.mx)is not working,,its on the starka server. It displays the following error "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL" Please help
