Please help, still not working!

For some reason (and I havnt touched my mysql networks) Mysql is not working at all on stoli. I have a smf forum so mysql is a big deal. But It hasnt been working at all for 3 days.

I am currently waiting for some money from google adsense to come in and then I will be thinking about upgrading my site to a x10premium site. For when that happens how would I go about doing this and keeping all of my files and mysql databases, etc? Thankyou

I have 2 databases and I want to connect to one of them. I try to use localhost and mysql and when I use localhost it says that it doesnt exist and when I use mysql the page doesnt load. How would I find out my directory?

on x10 hosting it says i have the adfree-infinity package. I was just wondering if i am aloud to add ads to my forum. I know how to I just want to know if I am aloud. If I am not i will not.
