Its a harmless message. I got one too, I ignored it and everything worked out just fine. Click "I understand the risks" and proceed. Nothing to worry about. I think its something to do with the https protocol or a security certificate issue. Nothing laymen like us need to worry.

My site on starka is also down for the past 6 hours or so I detected the down at 1pm (IST) and now its 7pm (IST). Do downtimes range in so many hours or did i goof up my site somehow, I was editing it. I can access the cpanel though. Can anybody give me any leads !!! Do I have any reason to be...

Well you might try Wordpress of Joomla. Look for them in the cpanel. There are wonderful templates out there.
