I have a premium account (after having a free account). I think it is the best money I have spent on the internet! The premium account has so many features, it is an excellent value.

I went to upgrade from free hosting to premium hosting, and to do so I was asked to provide the "cPanel username". Is this the same as the "hosting username" that I see when I log in ? Thanks.

I am confused about how to do an upgrade for my account. I have a free account, and I think I want to upgrade to a premium account. Do I have to start all over again, or can I simply upgrade my free account to a paid one ? I want to keep my free account "identity". Thanks, rick
