Its telling me to complete a survey to continue... I hate these sites

Hi I'm not entirely sure if this is the right section but I wanted to know of a program that lets you see the page that your editing and lets you click the section you want to edit. Like if you had index.html for example and it didnt show the code but insead showed only the code of the section...

I did it again on that proxy and it worked... Edit: I would access either http://www.zjroleplay.x10hosting.com or just zjroleplay.x10hosting.com

I get a 404 error saying it does not exist

Ok Ive tried flushing my DNS 3 times... once as an administrator... and Ive also cleaned out me history and chache completely with ccleaner, and in the browser. I even restarted!!! Why is it still like this?

Is flushing your DNS on vista the same as on 7

Ok so I registered the domain zjroleplay.x10hosting.com. and So I checked on how to fix it and it said to try to change it to another domain and back again... So I changed it to another name and the site worked and I changed it back and zjroleplay.x10hosting.com still doesn't work... and I NEED...
