Happy New Year. I've written in previously regarding my site. My site was terminated totally as I had not checked in. I spoke to someone and they reinstated my site. I went to the site a month or so ago, and could not reach it. Looks as though it has been terminated again. Can my termination please be reconsidered?

This is happening because you are failing to access your client panel at least once a month : https://x10hosting.com/panel/

We can see you have only accessed this once since 10/2024.
