Since yesterday, when I try to enter the control panel I get a timeout error, I have tried to use a VPN and the same error, I have a good logo in https://x10hosting.com/, without any problem, but when I click on the ‘Hosting Control Panel’ button, a new tab opens where I get a timeout.

I do not see any services attached to your forum account. Therefore, we can not review any blocks on our end. Please provide a valid domain name you have with us ideally posting from the forum account attached to your service.

Good, strange that you do not get anything, because I login in x10hosting with the same email of this account without problems, I attach a screenshot for you to see the domains that I have registered with that user. I have covered the info that I think is not important. I think I remember that I used to have another email address, but I changed it for this one years ago, maybe that's why you can't see it. If it helps, try with the same email address but without the ‘j’.
