Hello, I'm in trouble again and I really need your support.
It seems that my mailbox is full, but I can't delete the messages to empty it... Every time I delete it, it comes back again, and I get the error message below:
Please help me!...

In the Hosting Control Panel:

E-mail Manager > E-mail Accounts > Click on the checkbox beside the mailbox you are looking to empty > Purge (this will clear all emails based on the folder and time period you specify)

I can confirm the above method should work. Please attempt and let us know the results

This method did work, but I still think it is a very aggressive practice, since it cleans the inbox abruptly. There are not many options to choose from.

If at least it allowed you to choose the other boxes, such as sent, draft or archive, it would be better.

I must say that the method worked, but I lost a lot of important information. I chose a period of 7 days, but it even searched for things from previous years...

Right now I am distressed and I don't even know how to recover the information I lost...

The 7 days option means anything older than 7 days. You would have had to select a higher option, to not delete as much. The other option is IMAP folders, which covers Sent, Draft, Archive, and I believe Trash. The highest option is to delete any email is "Older than 1095 days". Which would be anything older than 3 years had that been the selected option.
