Hi,
Since a few weeks, the emails that I send through my Gmail with my domain name email, configured with x13.x10hosting.com port 587, are not going through.
I do receive emails though.
What could be wrong? What should I look to adjust?

Thanks

What happens if you use another mail client or the webmail directly offered in hosting?

If you mean the Roundcube Webmail, I was able to login last week directly from the control panel, but I didn't try sending an email from in there.
Now I'm trying to do so from Roundcube, but it won't let me. When putting in the credentials, Roundcube gives a "Connection error with IMAP server".
What can I do?

I was able to log in to Roundcube now. And I sent an email and it doesn't reach the recipients either.
What could be wrong?

I see a few issues which is possibly leading to other mail server rejecting messages.

1. SPF record missing one piece. Please add either ip4:198.91.80.251 or a:edge.x10hosting.com in the SPF TXT record in DNS Management
2. DKIM not enabled. Please enable it in Email Manager > Email Accounts
3. DMARC Record not present. A DMARC TXT record can be created in DNS Management selecting TXT record type, panel will walk you through the rest of the process.

Hi. I did the changes, hoping I got everything right:

And this had the following effects:
- Now when going to the website, it shows a "wrong certificate" (HTTPS?) warning on Firefox.
- Emails now work from Roundcube. But when trying to send from Gmail, I get an error (now at least I get an error).
The error says "The settings for your 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date."

How can I fix this? Are both issues related?

Your SSL expired a week ago. Get a new one issued in Account Manager > SSL Certificate > Get Automatic Certificate from ACME Provider

try deleting it from gmail and adding it back.

With those two final steps, I finally got it to work! Thanks so much.

Since this issue started happening to me suddenly, is it possible to know why it happened?
Is there something I will have to do from now on to keep the email working? Or, is there a way to prevent this from reoccurring?

Towards mail not being received, it was a long standing issue but many providers more recently are beginning to outright reject messages that do not comply with certain standards/requirements. With those changes, it should be fine going forward.

SSL renewal should be fine going forward, should renew automatically.

The Gmail error, probably something temporary of an error that removing and readding it cleared it up

Should all be fine going forward.
