Trouble generating automatic SSL certs

Hi there,

About two weeks ago, my wildcard SSL cert didn't auto-renew. I saw some messages on the forum that it wasn't working but then it was, but might be hitting limits to catch up with the demand.

Since then, over the last two week, every time I try to automatically renew it using letsencrypt or ZeroSSL in the hosting console it doesn't work. I assume I get an error message, as after a little time, I get a new message notification in the top right (the number keeps increasing), but I can't read the messages that are appearing as when I try and read them I get a red notice that "This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator."

Currently, I have rolled a free SSL cert for my main URL, but my subdomains don't have a valid cert.

I am on x12

sites are:
https://ampers.x10.mx (running with a copy and pasted SSLcert from ZeroSSL)

Subdomains:
dailyprayer.ampers.x10.mx
multiply.ampers.x10.mx
ncc.ampers.x10.mx

Thank you for running these services.

Message center is disabled.

Try it again, but do not check the wildcard box.

Thank you for your response.

Just tried and got the weekly limit hit message (which I didn't see when rolling a wildcard). Will try again later.

Just wondering if that means wildcard certs are disabled now?

They are not disabled, but not using the wildcard option gets you a more quicker response without using the message center. Since the wildcard option takes longer due to it (I believe) using DNS to verify for it.
